In addition to our own developments, Highland Homes Abroad can act as agents for other developers. Due to the success of our Pearl Bay Development, we have been approached by other developers to market their properties in the UK. We will be selecting only high quality developments being constructed by companies with a sound track record. We will visit completed projects to see the standard first hand.
We will then only agree to sell these properties on a no commission basis to the client. The prices you pay will be the same as if you purchased them directly from the developer.

We can be your UK contact with these companies and organise site visits etc and keep you updated on the progress of your property.

We are only an agent for these and all purchase and legal transactions would be undertaken directly with the developer.
