Your property carries a full 10 year building guarantee and 5 year window guarantee.

We offer an excellent onsite security package and live in caretaker, combined with a comprehensive maintenance package. This will include 6 months pool maintenance (May to October), all cleaning and upkeep of garden and grounds, cleaning of all interior communal areas, interior and exterior communal lighting costs. It will also cover the cost of the onsite caretaker and security service.

If you have to leave you property unoccupied for long periods of time we can arrange a contract for property checks. These will be done monthly and will include airing of the property bill payments and if any repairs are required getting them carried out after consultation with yourselves.

We can also provide a rental service which will include airport transfers, key collection, welcomes packs and cleaning and laundry services. The caretaker will obviously handle any problems your guests may have when visiting the property.
