Building Process We have a site manager who is dedicated like ourselves to ensuring the best quality for our clients. He is onsite every day and can pinpoint any problems and get them rectified immediately. He will inspect all stages of the build right through to final completion and will eliminate as much as possible any client snagging lists.

Most developments install the floor tiles and marble finishes sometimes before the plasterwork is carried out and always before painting. This results in the tiles and marble becoming damaged as a result. In our developments these finishes will be carried out after this process so as to keep them in perfect condition. Our intention is to see any potential problems before you take over the property. Once completed there will be a full inspection of the property, eg tiles, doors windows etc, and any adjustments or replacements will be carried out. Most builders then hand over your property in a dirty state or charge you to get it cleaned. Here at Highland Homes Abroad we want you to see your property on completion in pristine condition so we will give it a thorough clean from top to bottom.
