We have an office in Turkey and the UK so we are always on hand whether here or abroad. We have an experienced team who are dedicated to giving our clients the best possible service. We want to build small, exclusive developments in areas that will prove the best investment for our clients. Our properties are designed and built with space and comfort a priority. We only employ builders and tradesmen with years of experience and a proven quality track record in the industry. Using the latest techniques and the highest quality building materials you can be guaranteed our properties are a sound investment. Our properties will be of the highest quality available in the area. We want you to be 100% satisfied with every aspect of your property, nothing less will do.

Our first objective is to meet our potential clients face to face, whether at one of our seminars or by arranged appointment and discuss your requirements. We can then show you the developments we have available and explain the locations and facilities on site and in the surrounding area. If there are any questions you have regarding the purchase or the area of the development that we cannot answer at the meeting, we will consult with our team in Turkey and get back to you. If you decide after meeting with us that you would like to purchase a property, we recommend you arrange a site visit. We do require a deposit of £1,000 if you would like us to reserve a property until you visit the site. This is 100% refundable should you decide not to go ahead with a site visit or do not find the right development after visiting the area.

A few years ago my boyfriend suggested we go to Turkey for a holiday. I had never been there before and was slightly apprehensive after some friends had given bad reports.
