Purchase
Buying a property overseas can be a daunting task especially when you do not speak the local language but our team will be with you every step of the way to make it a painless and enjoyable experience.
If you decide to purchase a property from us then we will arrange for you to meet with an independent solicitor and a qualified interpreter. Remember these people are employed for you and have nothing to do with our company. They are there for your benefit and you can ask them any questions you wish regarding the purchase. They will draw up a contract between us and yourselves and it will be read to you in English by the interpreter. We will also set up a payment plan for the purchase and this will be included in the contract along with a completion date for you property if it is not already completed. You will then be given the two copies to sign, one in the local language and one in English. If for any reason you do not wish to sign the contract then, it can be done in the UK. It is much easier however to do the whole process while you are there. You will then go to the Government Notary office where the contract is checked and the necessary documents are drawn up concerning your purchase and production of your title deeds. You will then be met by the interpreter again who will translate all documentation again. We can then organise the application for your title deeds. The full process of this is explained in the
buying process section.
